Job summary

Cardinal Health, a leading healthcare services and products company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the shift-based operations in our distribution network. You will receive, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include following established processes, cross-training across warehouse areas, housekeeping, and potentially operating material handling equipment after training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed and follow directions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic proficiency in English to read and write documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and become certified to operate material handling equipment.
