Job summary

Owens & Minor in Grimes, IA is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to unload inbound shipments, perform RF scans, and sortation tasks using Voice Pick Technology and RF equipment. The role supports safe, accurate receiving, picking, and loading operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate pallet jacks, assist in loading to customer trucks, and maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Schedule: Monday–Friday 4pm–12:30am with overtime.

Qualifications

• General math, reading, and typing knowledge.
• Warehouse/distribution center experience is a plus.
• Warehouse operations certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload pallets/cases and verify quantities using RF/Voice Pick tech.
• LUM Picking: select items via Voice Pick/RF and place into totes.
• Sortation: set up pallets and move cartons to correct batches.
• Loading: ensure correct loading of totes/pallets onto trucks with RF/pallet jack.
