Coastal Elite Pro in Williamston, MI is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution operations. You will handle order fulfillment, pick/pack, and outbound shipping while performing cycle counts and discrepancies investigations.

You will use RF scanning equipment to track products and maintain a clean, safe work area to protect staff and inventory. The role requires basic reading of English and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience with warehouse operations or RF scanning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment through stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Utilize equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work environment to ensure product safety and prevent injuries.
• Verify received products against documentation, noting damages or discrepancies.
