Job summary

Ferguson’s Waterloo, IA distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate PIT equipment, accurately sort and store products, assemble containers, and maintain inventory integrity. You will collaborate with teammates to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

This role runs 6:00 PM–3:30 AM with overtime as needed. Pay is $23.50/hour, with a monthly incentive bonus up to $5.50 per direct hour for high performers; physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for up to 12

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse/operations experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
