Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Waterloo, IA, to receive inbound shipments, pick and pack orders, and support safe, compliant operations across our distribution network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to implement processes and procedures.
• Ability to adhere to compliance and safety regulations.

• Ambitious and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Assist site management in Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance and documentation.
• Resolve orders not dispatched by liaising with other departments.
• Pick and pack goods for dispatch with attention to detail.
• Adhere to Ferguson policies and Health Safety and Environment requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to team success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
