Job summary

Blue Ridge Beverage Company is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate (MID) in Waynesboro, VA. The role involves safely picking, moving, and loading beverage products onto delivery trucks, with duties reported to the Warehouse Manager (Night).

Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, and benefits include medical coverage, PTO, holidays, life and disability insurance, FSAs, a 401(k) with company match, and EAP. Weekend/evening shifts and safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Experience with computerized warehousing preferred.
• Ability to work nights and early mornings as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in products using a computerized route accounting system.
• Move product to bin locations using powered equipment.
• Keep assigned area clean, organized, neat and stocked, with proper rotation.
• Assist with building pallets for transfers.
• Assist with inventory counts during cycles.
• Adhere to safe working practices and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
