Job summary

Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc. in Central and Southwest Virginia is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate (MID) to safely pick, move, and load beverage products onto delivery trucks.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager (Night) and requires efficient handling and attention to safety. You will receive inbound shipments, store products in bin locations using powered equipment, help build pallets, and assist with inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Previous experience with computerized warehousing preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using a forklift, or electric pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in products from inbound shipments using computerized route accounting system.
• Move product from receiving to assigned bin locations using powered equipment.
• Keep assigned area clean, organized, neat and stocked, with proper rotation of product.
• Assist with building pallets of products for transfers.
• Assist with inventory counts by participating in cycles (weekly, monthly, or annual).
• Adhere to strict safe working practices and company policies.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
