Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Denver, CO to operate in a dynamic warehouse environment. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, while following SOPs and maintaining quality checks.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift 50 pounds, work at heights, and stay organized under supervision. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, HSAs, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus.
• Experience operating PIT a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading and preparing the orders for shipment.
• Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and/or participates in projects as assigned by your manager or other management team member.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment including complying with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday: 6:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. or until task complete

Pay rate: $23.55 per hour (includes shift differential)

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
