Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking warehouse team members in La Vergne, TN to receive, pick, pack, and ship products for our healthcare customers. The role supports a smooth flow from vendor receipt to customer delivery and requires accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Work is Monday through Thursday nights, 8:00pm to 6:30am (or until tasks are complete). Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into certified equipment operation and cross-functional roles.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided starting day one.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Able to follow direction and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point-of-sale systems a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality control, packing and shipment readiness.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory control for a safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker).

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

Our warehouse team members make it all happen. You will receive and fulfill orders so our customers can have the products they need to take care of their patients.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8:00pm to 6:30am or until Task Complete

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider

Qualifications
