Job summary

Sysco is seeking a warehouse associate in New Jersey. You will receive, stock, prepare, and ship merchandise to customers in local and nearby areas. The role requires operating forklift/pallet jack and RF/Voice pick devices, with the ability to lift 40–60 pounds repeatedly.

Work schedule is Sun-Thu 5:00p–1:30a or finish, with up to 2 hours of overtime daily. The position is full-time with opportunities for wage progression every 6 months as noted in the pay structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and forklift certification are preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar warehouse software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick merchandise from slots and confirm quantity.
• Load merchandise into delivery trucks and prep for shipment.
• Prepare merchandise for freight lines and repack as needed.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to vendor policy.
• Wrap pallets and perform housekeeping and safety duties.
