Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role in Syracuse, NY. The candidate will receive and fulfill orders to ensure customers have products on hand for patient care, with training provided on equipment and safety.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point of sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders including picking, quality checks, packing and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts and pallet jacks.
