Cardinal Health in Swedesboro, NJ is hiring a Warehouse Associate for night shifts. This part-time role involves order picking, packing, loading, and using RF scanners to input product data.

You will maintain safety and quality, operate equipment as trained, and help ensure timely shipments. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years of warehouse experience, and the ability to work in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Able to work in walk-in refrigerator 36°F–42°F for up to 8 hours or longer.
• Automated or RF warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts) as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods with frequent stooping or bending.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in English reading/writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, QA checks, sorting, consolidating pallets, packing and loading for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned by management.
• Cross-train in inbound and outbound areas.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan with RF scanner, and input product data into computer.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse.
• Use voice-picking system to handle large and small items with equipment.
• Palletize items, wrap for shipment, and pack small items.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, etc.).
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control, ensuring EH&S compliance.
