Job summary

Carlton Farms is seeking a dedicated warehouse worker for the overnight shift (1:00 am–9:30 am) in Carlton, Oregon. You will build and ship orders, receive stock, perform quality checks and keep the production room stocked and organized.

Responsibilities include loading and packing orders, labeling, handling inventory, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and communicating with supervisors. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts and must lift up to 60 pounds in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Maintain the production pace of other team members.
• Utilize power tools and various equipment needed to perform duties.

Shift time is from 1:00 am through 9:30 am.

Physical Demands:

• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• May involve some repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers.
• Do to the open environment of the warehouse and production room, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme cold.
