Job summary

Carlton-Farms is seeking a Warehouse Worker for a night shift (1:00 am–9:30 am) to build and ship orders, receive product, and perform quality checks in a cool environment. You will follow procedures and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include loading, packing, labeling, stocking, and operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts while keeping a safe workspace and cooperating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Maintain the production pace of other team members.
• Utilize power tools and various equipment needed to perform duties.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• May involve some repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers.
• Do to the open environment of the warehouse and production room, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme cold.
