Job summary

H&T Kansas, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Vision Systems Technician to maintain production efficiency and product quality. You will monitor QI data, identify defect trends, and escalate issues to prevent production impact, while supporting continuous improvement.

You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot backend vision and inspection equipment, document downtime and defect rates in MES, train operators, and ensure shift handovers are smooth; this role requires attention to safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least two years of manufacturing experience with visual product inspection.
• SPC experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality inspection data and defect trends, escalating issues to prevent production impact.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot backend vision and inspection equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document downtime, reject rates, and inspection results in MES and other tracking systems.
• Train Production Operators on basic machine functions and troubleshooting backend equipment.
• Lead TPM activities and ensure proper shift handovers and adherence to SOPs.
