Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Olathe, KS is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, repair and maintain production machines and plant equipment on the night shift. The role requires troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems and performing routine preventive maintenance.

You will work with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and use a multimeter, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical plant experience.
• Minimum high school education and/or vocational school.
• Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24v.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in the glass industry is a plus.
• Able to use Multimeter efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical issues.
• VFD programming knowledge preferred.
• PLC input/output troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Report faulty operations or defective material to supervision.
