Job summary

The VST will manage warehouse receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment using Excel and Operative IQ, while maintaining organization and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a good driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required; marijuana is a disqualifier.
• Some experience in the industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inventory checks and restock ambulance supplies daily.
• Clean ambulances and field vehicles; ensure shift readiness.
• Order and track supplies via online systems; communicate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory using Excel and related software.
• Update crew in service information; log equipment status.
• Respond to crew inquiries to coordinate across departments.
• Operate Operative IQ and process warehouse orders.
