Qualifications

• You are 18+ and able to work weekends and holidays.
• At least 1 year of machine operator experience in a high‑speed plant.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• English literacy to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Willing to work at heights and perform changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machines for correct dates and weights.
• Ensure products are dated, sealed, and bagged with minimal waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and perform basic line maintenance.
• Inspect conveyors and scales before start-ups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot simple issues and adjust operations as needed.
• Wear protective gear during cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
