Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a production-support associate to fill in when regular workers are absent. You will be trained to perform deboning tasks and may lead incoming or current associates on new skills.

You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation in a cold, wet production environment. Training will be provided for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform one or more functions of deboning process.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and reliability.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Independently fills in and performs work when regular worker is absent.
• Distributes and handles knives during shifts.
• Sets up lines with stands and ice and trains coworkers.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work area and follows safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
