Job summary

Responsibilities

• Independently fills in and performs work when regular worker is absent.
• Distributes knives before shift, swaps during shift, and collects at end of shift.
• Sets up assigned lines with stands and ice.
• Trains/cross-trains incoming or current workers on new skills.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work area around the assigned line.
• Follows company policies and NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and all laws.
