Stark Security Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard for Chicago, IL. The role requires patrolling a fixed post, observing and reporting activity, and enforcing site policies.

You will provide professional security, document incidents, and support client safety around the clock. This full-time position offers night shifts Wednesday through Saturday, with pay starting at $18 per hour and potential up to $19 per hour, plus benefits like paid uniforms, holiday pay, and a retirement program.

Qualifications

• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and a United States citizen.
• Pass a PERC license within 30 days of employment.
• Must have a working cell phone and valid driver’s license.
• No felony or disqualifying misdemeanor convictions.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned property to prevent crime and enforce policies.
• Observe, report, and act on suspicious activity; conduct arrests as appropriate.
• Provide testimony in court and prepare incident reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ongoing training.
• Respect diversity and support team safety.
