Job summary

Qualifications

• ARDMS certified in diagnostic ultrasound with active status.
• BLS certification current and active.
• Proficient in general ultrasound imaging procedures.
• Experience as an ultrasound technologist or sonographer in clinical/hospital settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork with radiologists and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of general ultrasound exams with precision and patient safety.
• Review, document, and ensure quality of diagnostic images and findings.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to optimize patient care plans.
• Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment following infection control protocols.
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and improve cooperation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support timely reporting.
