Job summary

Michaels North Riverside, IL is seeking team members to unload trucks at 12am on Fridays and assist with stock on weekends. The role also involves helping customers, running a fast, friendly checkout, and enrolling shoppers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs.

Responsibilities include aiding with BOPIS/SFS, executing planograms, maintaining in-stock merchandise, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Safety, SOP adherence, and a positive team attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work overnight on Fridays and early mornings on weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain well-merchandised store and assist with stock and backroom tasks.
• Support SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
