Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vitals, and document findings.
• Implement and adjust individualized nursing care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide night-time nursing care prioritizing safety and timely response to changes.
• Assist with care transitions, procedures, and discharge preparation; communicate with physicians and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
