Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking a Part-time RN for FirstChoice staffing. This PRN role requires night shifts and the ability to float between Grand Rapids and Muskegon, with 36 hours per week and no weekends or holidays.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in the applicable state, 18+ months Med Surg/Tele/PCU, plus up-to-date certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC). Premium pay, flexible scheduling, and travel opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg, Tele or PCU experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Required specialty credentials (ACLS, TNCC, PALS); BLS/ACLS/PALS through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Demonstrate standard professional practice: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of practice.
• Delegate and own outcomes; ensure quality and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
