Qualifications
- RN license valid and in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2+ years of acute hospital nursing experience.
- English literacy in reading, writing and speaking.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate critical thinking appropriate to patient care.
- Collect and document patient health data timely.
- Assess patients and develop evidence-based care plans.
- Implement plan of care safely and promptly.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safe handoffs.
