Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work 3x12 night shift schedule.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents during night shifts, monitoring vitals and responding to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform assessments and document findings, communicating changes to the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain thorough, compliant charting in residents’ medical records and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and physicians to support individualized care plans.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and emergency procedures as needed.
