Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an LPN/LVN for a 13-week onsite Med-Surg contract in El Paso, TX. Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 30-bed unit and patient ratio around 1:6. Includes a weekly stipend of 805 plus base pay; total weekly around 1066.

Must have LPN/LVN license and BLS/BCLS; ACLS preferred. Strong critical-thinking and teamwork are essential to support RNs, CNAs, and PCTs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license and BLS/BCLS certification.
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced Med-Surg setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a Med Surg unit during night shifts.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and PCTs to deliver safe care.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
