Job summary

ThedaCare’s Emergency Department in Neenah, WI seeks experienced RN professionals for 12-hour night shifts. This level II trauma center provides comprehensive stroke care with a dedicated team and supportive leadership.

Scheduled to work 36 hours per week (0.9 FTE), you’ll join a high‑performing department committed to compassionate, evidence‑based nursing and ongoing professional development in a busy urban setting.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred/within 6 months.
• Willingness to obtain BSN within five years if not held.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans with the interprofessional team.
• Collaborate to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
• Manage life-threatening emergencies effectively.
• Promote safety, quality outcomes, and patient experience.
• Mentor staff and support professional development.
• Communicate with physicians and care team to solve problems.

Education

Wisconsin RN Licensure

BSN preferred

BLS certification

ACLS certification

PALS certification

TNCC certification

ENPC certification
