Job summary

Amneal is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in New Jersey to oversee floor operations, ensure GMP compliance, and mentor operators on production, equipment start-up, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM, every other weekend), training staff, and participating in R&D and scale-up activities while maintaining safety and timely delivery of batches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in transdermal drug delivery or GMP 제조 환경.
• Experience leading and training staff in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities on the manufacturing floor ensuring safety, quality and GMP compliance.
• Plan and schedule manufacturing and packaging to meet deadlines and avoid back orders.
• Collaborate with quality to ensure compliance and support investigations.
• Act as Working Supervisor; train operators in production capabilities.
• Demonstrate and supervise manufacturing processes daily.
• Support equipment setup and IQ/OQ/PQ for commercial batches.
• Perform mixing, coating, converting, pouching and cartoning.
• Communicate effectively with staff about department/company events.
• Involve R&D and scale-up activities; drive continuous improvements.
