Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in training and developing associates in a logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead and train others.
• Experience in safety programs or committees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and communicate effectively with all staff.
• Evaluate RPM on ramp-up form and create steps for success.
• Assist in creating a work reference guide.
• Train and cross-train associates and outside workers (Labor Share, vendors).
• Support operations as directed by leadership.
• Certify associates for MHE use.
• Participate in safety and process improvement activities.
