Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America is seeking a dock loader to assist with trailer loading, pallet movement, and final load certification. The role requires adherence to DOT regulations and effective English communication when a CDL is required.

Responsibilities include organizing the work area, reviewing BOLs, processing paperwork, and staging pallets for truck loading, while maintaining strict safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ if a valid U.S. CDL is required.
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable)
• Follow DOT regulations (if applicable)
• Ability to push/pull/lift/carry 20–50 lbs during shift
• Ability to communicate effectively in English when CDL is required

Responsibilities

• Load trailers as directed and assist foreman/supervisor with tray moves
• Prepare for day by completing VCR and organizing work area
• Move trailers between lot and dock doors as directed
• Review BOL for product to be loaded and ensure correct loads
• Complete final certification for outbound loads
• Process paperwork in NIS or hand to supervisor
• Stage pallets and load into truck when ready
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area
• Wrap partial pallets when complete
• Assist with removing/installing trailer stands as needed
