Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Tooling Leader to supervise the Tool Center area on the night shift (10:00pm–6:30am) in Juana Diaz, PR. The role focuses on developing and improving tooling systems, leading a team, and driving cost-effective process improvements.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of tooling operations experience in regulated industries. Proficient in CAD/CAM tools; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with manufacturing focus required.
• Experience in tooling operations in a regulated environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM tooling design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops, designs, and improves systems for the Tool Center area.
• Define and manage priorities of Tooling Activities (Insert, spare parts and general components).
• Identify improvements based on business KPIs and contribute to cost reduction.
