I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking an ITS / Toll Systems Technician (Night Shift) to service and install toll collection equipment along the I-77 Express lanes in North Carolina. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination with the system maintenance provider to ensure reliable tolling operations.

You will work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and may require weekend, night, and on-call shifts.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, service, repair, and install Toll Collection Systems (TCS).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components including lane controllers, RFID, CCTV, and data networks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and alarms within defined timeframes.
• Document work orders, reports and system changes; communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Occasional night/weekend shifts and on-call coverage as required.
