TRAC Tire Services is seeking Retread Technicians for 3rd shift in Florence, KY. The role involves performing all aspects of the tire retread process and quality control, starting from received tires to curing and final inspection.

Training will cover multiple stations with opportunities for cross-training. The position emphasizes high quality standards, working in a non-climate controlled environment, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years of age to apply for this position.
• Ability to frequently lift 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure station is cleaned and stocked and equipment is working properly before and after all shifts
• Consistently meet or exceed standard metrics per day for each position
• Work well in a team environment; may work multiple positions to meet daily goals
• Maintain and update logs and tracking spreadsheets as needed
• Show up to work in a timely and consistent fashion to avoid productivity loss
• Identify when using hazardous materials and use proper PPE procedures
• Other Duties as assigned
