Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Thermoformer Operator for the 3rd shift in Bethlehem. You will run thermoforming equipment, monitor quality, and perform setup/changeovers to specification while following safety and 5S practices.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of machine operation experience, basic math and data-entry skills, and are comfortable using a computer and Excel. Expect weekly pay and potential overtime in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience.
• Must read, speak and write English with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to use a computer for data entry and printing functions.
• Working knowledge of Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand machine mechanics and resolve basic technical problems.
• Identify E-stops and safety sensitive areas.
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance tasks.
• Read work orders and ensure specifications: dimensions, run speed, labels, etc.
• Complete quality checks and document results for defects.
• Perform setup or changeover with standard procedures.
