Job summary

PAC Worldwide in Bethlehem, PA, seeks a Machine Operator to operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain a printing and packaging machine in a fast-paced environment. You will follow work orders, perform changeovers, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires reading instructions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using a computer for data entry, with 1st shift Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm. Starting pay is $20.75 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read work instructions and safety rules.
• Able to read a ruler and perform basic measurements.
• Capable of operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in basic data entry and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the machine.
• Read work orders, print labels, and adhere to finished goods.
• Perform changeovers and shift turnovers.
• Meet production and throughput standards.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
