TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Thermoforming Operator to safely run and monitor thermoforming lines in our Cit facility. You will perform light maintenance, operate forklifts, and support warehousing tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Oracle or a WMS. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping or forklift operations.
• Proficiency with computers; Oracle or other WMS experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Summaries: Reporting to the Supervisor, the Thermoforming Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment within the thermoforming department. This role requires strong attention to safety, quality, productivity, and a solid work ethic aligned with TOPPAN's culture.

Hours: 6:45am-7:00pm or 6:45pm-7:00am, 4 days on / 4 days off

Location: Plant Cit

What you'll be doing:

• Operate and monitor thermoforming lines, including performing light and preventative maintenance.

• Perform shelving, stacking, and loading of pallets and containers.
• Collaborate with planners, coordinators, and supervisors to support warehousing and shipping functions.
