Job summary

The Production Tech position in Andover, MA offers a contract-to-hire opportunity within a manufacturing environment, with a 3rd shift schedule (Sun 10PM-7AM, M-Thur 12AM-7AM).

Pay rate is $24 per hour after the 20% shift differential, and the role requires an associate degree or equivalent vocational training, plus hands-on testing of circuits and systems, reading drawings, and using voltmeters and oscilloscopes. 0-1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent vocational training required.
• Experience with Volt Meters and Oscilloscopes preferred.
• 0–1 year of related experience required.
• Ability to read drawings and use measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and conduct initial testing of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Follow test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Test assemblies and/or final systems as required.
• Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems based on testing results.
• Assist in the setup of specialized test equipment.
