Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Team Leader for the 3rd shift at the Lansing Plant in Michigan. The role focuses on guiding the production team to meet targets, improving efficiency, and balancing all production processes.

Experience in sequencing and leadership is required. The candidate will train and coach team members, promote safety, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support supervisors to resolve line or product issues while driving first-time-through quality and defect

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in sequencing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to meet daily targets and improve efficiency.
• Train and coach team members, ensuring safety, quality and attendance goals.
• Maintain safe, organized production area with clear responsibilities.
• Promote continuous improvement and problem-solving within the line.
• Ensure adherence to production and quality systems across shifts.
