Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Ability to communicate clear direction to team members.
• Proven ability to analyze financial and statistical information to make decisions.
• Experience in staffing, training, and coaching for performance.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet store needs.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet service and sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance and product presentation to standards.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales targets and control shrink.
• Ensure safety and Meijer Friendly Initiative in meetings.
