Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare food and beverages to exact customer specifications, in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor stock and merchandising to ensure products are available and properly displayed.
• Maintain cleanliness in-store, kitchen, and dining areas.
