Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to join our Harrisburg store team. You will lead by example, drive hospitality, and guide teammates to deliver quality food and service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; some tasks require 21+ per VA state law.
• Ability to multi-task and perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve food and beverages to customers to exact specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
