Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Orlando, FL to supervise a small team across receiving, picking, and packing operations. You will assist with labor planning, train staff on SOPs and safety, monitor order accuracy, and report issues while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and are willing to work overtime.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience; prior team lead or unofficial leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and support flexible scheduling
• Familiarity with scanners or WMS systems is a plus
• Responsible for warehouse safety management and conducting regular safety inspections. Identify and report potential safety hazards.
• Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment, including conveyors, sorting equipment, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Monitor warehouse floor operations and ensure employees follow safety rules and work discipline.
• Maintain records of equipment maintenance and safety inspections, and report issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in conducting warehouse safety training to improve employees’ safety awareness.
• Work with the operations team to ensure safe and stable warehouse operations.
• Training will be provided. Experience in warehouse safety or maintenance is a plus but not required

Warehouse Lead

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $26 - $29 per hour
