Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a Materials Handler to ensure supplies and equipment are received, stored, and distributed efficiently. The role runs 11PM-7:30AM, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly at 55 Fruit Street and is onsite.

Responsibilities include restocking, handling sterile items, and data entry into the Materials Management system. Strong attention to organization, safety, and teamwork is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Materials Management/inventory preferred (0–1 year).
• Class D Driver's License may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver supplies and equipment to user departments in a timely manner.
• Restock with proper rotation and organize stock items.
• Store sterile items to maintain sterility.
• Prioritize duties to ensure completion of tasks.
• Receive materials delivered by vendors.
• Maintain neat, organized storage areas and stock levels.
• Identify stock needs and manage storage space.
• Enter orders/receipts into the Materials Management system.
