Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is hiring for a Night Shift Supervisor RN at our Louisville, KY facility. This role supervises delivery of nursing care to a group of residents, supports CNAs and staff, and ensures quality patient care during the 6 PM–4 AM shift.

Required are an active RN license, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and CPR certification. The company emphasizes a strong benefit package and a 5-star team culture.

How you Will make a difference

Our Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Our RN Supervisors ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.
