Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the night shift to directly supervise Extrusion, Transfer, and Receiving operations. The role emphasizes safety, inventory accuracy, and team leadership in a 12-hour 7pm-7am schedule.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, attendance, and problem-solving skills in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment. Prior extrusion experience is a plus, with opportunities for development and growth within the ADS

Qualifications

• Direct supervision and leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment.
• Experience or familiarity with extrusion operations a plus.
• Strong attendance and positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Night Shift Extrusion personnel.
• Direct supervision of Night Shift Transfer and Receiving personnel.
• Direct supervision of Night Shift Distribution and Receiving personnel.
• Promote safety for personnel and facilities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and housekeeping standards.
• Oversee loading of raw materials and silo transfers.
• Direct CDL drivers on loads and routing.
• Communicate material needs with other departments.
