Job summary

PROENERGY in Sedalia, MO is seeking a full-time welder to use MIG welding and flame-cutting equipment to build power plant components. The position is on-site at the Sedalia facility, a 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled campus with a 3rd shift and per-diem eligibility.

You will review layouts, weld parts, inspect work, and operate gauges and safety protocols. A high school diploma and welding test pass are required; US work authorization and background check apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or 2 years of welding experience.
• Must pass FCAW weld test in 2G and 3G configurations.
• US work authorization and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Review layouts, blueprints, diagrams, or work orders before welding.
• Weld metal parts using MIG equipment and inspect finished work.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
