Job summary

Excel Sweeping & Property Maintenance is seeking dependable individuals for Night Shift Street Sweeper Operator/Laborer roles in the Salt Lake City area. You will operate a street sweeper and use a backpack blower to clean parking lots, curbs, and sidewalks.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid on-the-job training. The position is full-time with a night schedule from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM, and starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Familiarity with Salt Lake City and surrounding areas is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• -Safely operate a commercial street sweeper.
• -Use a backpack leaf blower to clean corners, curbs, and hard-to-reach areas.
• -Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• -Keep assigned properties clean and presentable.
• -Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• -Maintain a professional attitude while representing the company.
