Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with energy and hospitality. You will oversee customer interactions, ensure accurate food and beverage preparation, and coach teammates for high performance while maintaining store standards.

This is a fulltime, on-site role with night shifts and a performance-driven culture. Qualified applicants are 18+ (21+ for certain tasks) and able to multi-task, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds (and assist with 40 pounds) as needed.
• Able to work nights and weekends as part of a supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
